Board
The SKV Board consists of three members, including a chairman and a secretary/treasurer. The board members are independent; they are not involved in the production of calf feeds, or in raising or trading of veal calves or its meat.
The SKV Board is responsible for the administration of the organisation and it represents SKV’s interests. The board meets 5 to 6 times a year and takes all decisions it deems necessary in the interests of the SKV.
The articles of association describe how the board and the foundation are organised.
The regulations of SKV outline the way SKV monitors and describe the obligations of the affiliated members.
The House Rules include the establishment of the Scientific Council, the Technical Committee, the Legal Committee and the Disputes Committee.
